Tuition may be paid annually in one lump sum, semi-annually in August and January or monthly via the FACTS payment system.
* In-Parish at St. Vincent de Paul is defined as:
1) being registered at the Parish Office for at least six months;
2) attending Mass at the Parish regularly;
3) actively supporting the Parish community to the best of your ability; and
4) regularly using the Parish envelope or Parish Pay system with amounts determined as individual means allow.
In-parish status is reviewed annually. This subsidy is made possible because of your weekly offertory contributions. If you would like to automate your weekly offertory contribution, please register with our Parish Pay program at www.parishpay.com.
** For parishioners of Churches without a school, in-parish status will be confirmed with your home Church. This subsidy is made possible by the Archdiocese of Denver.
2012-2013 Crusader Club - After School Enrichment Programs and Extended Care for Before and After School Hours
Crusader Club is billed monthly and is separate from tuition. Extended care is available from 7am - 7:45am and from 3pm - 6pm. The Crusader Club offers both before-and-after school day care as well as a variety of after-school enrichment programs. Enrichment Programs are provided by outside vendors. Rates will vary according to the class being offered. Extended care is billed at $5.00 per hour. There is a one-time per year registration fee of $25 for Extended Care. Children must be picked up promptly by 6pm. Families will be charged $2.00 per minute after 6pm.

Saint Vincent de Paul School is committed to helping as many families provide a Catholic education for their children as possible. Below we have listed three options for tuition assistance. Please review these criteria and contact each individual funder directly to find out any additional information. ACE Scholarships: The Alliance for Choice in Education (ACE) is a Denver-based 501(c)3 non-profit established in 2000 to provide low-income families with the power and freedom of genuine educational choice through privately funded K-12 scholarships, college-prep and education advocacy. ACE provides scholarships to families who qualify for the federal free and reduced lunch program. Preference is shown to families who are new to SVdP - either transferring from public school or beginning Kindergarten. This program offers a maximum of $2,000 per year for grades K-8. Some ACE Scholarships are renewable for up to 4 years. Visit the webpage at http://acescholarships.org/home.

Schmitz Family Foundation: This family run foundation provides tuition assistance for select Catholic Schools to middle income families who wish to provide a Catholic education for their children. Up to $1,800 may be awarded per academic year. Scholarship recipients must maintain an average to above average academic record as determined by the student's teachers. Applications for the Schmitz Family Foundation can be found at the school office.

Saint Vincent de Paul Tuition Assistance Program: The mission of the Saint Vincent de Paul Parish Tuition Assistance Program is to assist current and prospective students in gaining a Catholic education by providing the most comprehensive financial aid assistance possible given our own financial abilities at any given time. St. Vincent de Paul School is committed to confidentiality throughout this process.
You must fill out the PSAS application as well as completing a TAP Application, available online at https://www.psas.org/onlineapp.aspx. School Code: 2395. All Tuition Assistance Applications are due Apriln15th.

The following chart lists general income guidelines for this program, however, because we manage this program in-house, you are encouraged to apply if you have serious concerns over your ability to pay full tuition but don't meet these published criteria exactly. If your family is in need of short-term emergency assistance, please contact the Development Office as this fund may be able to assist in those situations.
