Report Cards have been posted for Trimester 3 on the Family Portal.
The end of year report cards are now posted on FACTS. On all report cards is a note explaining the move to eLearning due to the pandemic. As a formal and legal document, this information may be important down the road.
Graduation Broadcast
Congratulations to our graduates! You can view the Graduation Mass and Ceremony on Friday, May 29, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., please go to https://saintvincents.org/graduation to view this unique graduation.
The video will be archived on the parish website for those who may not be able to watch tomorrow night. Thank you again for your patience with our graduation activities.
Require Addendum to 2020-2021 Tuition Contracts – IMPORTANT
The Archdiocese of Denver Office of Catholic Schools has included on the tuition contracts an addendum with a pandemic clause. After reviewing the terms, we appreciate your attention and quick response by June 10th. Click here for a pdf form. Please download and save to your desktop. Attention: Parents of Incoming 4 Year Old Preschoolers
You should have received an email on May 16th regarding enrolling in the Denver Preschool Program (DPP) if you reside in Denver. It is a benefit to both the family and the school. We encourage you to apply. If you have any questions or did not receive the information, please email joyce@saintvincents.org. You may also visit DPP.org for more information and to completed an application.
FACTS Family Portal Update
You can now log into the FACTS Family Portal (where you see your child’s grades) and find your financial information to pay tuition and incidental billing payments. This can be found under the “Financial” tab.
Yearbooks
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the yearbook publishers were not able to print the yearbooks and ship them. We will communicate when they arrive and the plan for distribution as soon as we know more information.
EduKits
St. Vincent de Paul Catholic School offers the EduKit program as a convenient option for busy families to order school supplies. EduKits include the supplies approved by our school. If you place your student’s order by June 12, 2020, the shipping is free and the student’s order will be in the classroom on the first day of school. Extended ordering is available from June 13th – August 5th for an additional fee and will be delivered to your home shortly before school begins.

The 2020 Summer Academy and Middle School Book Club
The 2020 Summer Academy and Middle School Book Club have been moved to an online format. The curriculum will include instruction on reading, writing, math, and PE with the option of children completing an independent art activity in the afternoon. Your child will use their SVdP Zoom and Google Classroom accounts to work, learn, and play with their peers and three SVdP teachers. The dates, times, and pricing for each session can be found below.
