A note from Sister Marie Isaac, OP
A note of gratitude: Thank you, Tom Thomason! Mr. Thomason has been a supportive part of our Extended Care program this year as well as in the years before COVID. Mr. Thomason recently let me know that he will be departing from the Extended Care Program and moving on to his next adventure. This will happen after Spring Break. All of us have enjoyed working with him and will miss him, especially our preschoolers and students in the extended day program. Join me in wishing Mr. Thomason the best and promising him your prayers. God has blessed us with two new part-time staff members who will keep our afterschool program running smoothly.
Best of luck to our Academic Decathlon students who are competing tomorrow at St. Thomas More.
As we prepare for the 2nd week of Lent, know of my prayers for you and your family. – Link to St. Vincent de Paul Parish Mission Talks

Lenten Diaper Drive
The 7th graders are preparing for the annual Lenten Diaper Drive which continues throughout the season of Lent. The students will be promoting the diaper drive during car-line at drop-off and pick-up during Lent. There will be collection bins near the classrooms and in the front lobby where your children can drop-off their diaper donations. Our goal this year is to collect and donate over 22,000 diapers, which will help support all ministries within Catholic Charities with their diaper needs, including Marisol Family, Samaritan House Shelter, and Early Childhood Education. They are most in need of sizes 3, 4, and 5, but all sizes, including pull-ups, adults, and diaper wipes, will be accepted. Thank you for your continued generosity for those most in need in our community.
