Used Uniform Sale – Mark your calendars for Saturday, August 12.
The used uniform sale will take place for kindergarten through 8th grade students* from 10:00 a.m. to noon in the school lobby area. This year, families will be billed for the amount of their purchase through the FACTS Incidental Billing function. You’ll just need to stop at the checkout table once you’re done shopping. Your purchase amount will be recorded and an email invoice will be sent via FACTS prior to month end.
If for any reason, you are unable to use FACTS, please plan to pay at the time of your purchase.
Cash is preferred, ($5, 10, 20s appreciated) but checks will be accepted. Pricing is as follows, and are per item:
Shirts/Blouses, shorts $5,00; Pants, skirts, skorts (culottes), sweatshirts $10.00. If you have questions or are willing to volunteer to help, please email Kim Abbate, kim.abbate@outlook.com
*Preschool students aren’t required to wear a school uniform.
Gala 2024 T-shirts – All SVdP students will receive a complimentary Gala t-shirt to celebrate our theme throughout the year. If you have not told us your students size, please do so here.
If you wish to order any extra gala shirts for your family, they are available for purchase this year through our spirit wear website.
Ordering Milk for Lunch this Year
Please complete this form if your child wants milk with their lunch for this school year. Milk will be purchased through Meadow Gold once for the entire 2023-2024 school year. Orders must be submitted by the end of the business day on September 14th. Late orders will not be accepted. Please do not send checks or cash to the school office. We will use Incidental Billing in FACTS to handle payments.
Ordering Hot Lunch for this Year
After Homeroom classes have been published on FACTS on Thursday, August 17th, refer to this letter to set up your lunch account in Boonli to order hot lunch starting on August 22nd.
FACTS Tuition Withdrawals
Tuition withdrawals have successfully begun for the majority of our school families. We recognize the need that families may have occasionally to re-adjust a tuition withdrawal. We are happy to accommodate you, however, we must have at least 3 business days’ advance notice in order to process the change. You may call the school office or email jhaberkorn@svdpk8.com with your request. Thank you.
Student Medications
If your child needs medication during the school day (this includes pain medications, cough drops/medicine – any over the counter medications), Mrs. Cave will be in the Front Office to receive the medication and paperwork. Click here for the required medical forms.

St Vincent de Paul Parish
Save the Date – Family Holy Hour – August 13 – 5:00 PM
Come and pray with us! The Monthly family adoration and pizza event is this coming Sunday, August 13th at 5pm. Adoration starts in the Church at 5 PM and pizza is provided afterwards on the Upper Playground. RSVP to bkruege2@gmail.com if you plan to come.
