Save the Date – Uniform Sale – February 24th
Mark your calendars! The fall used uniform sale will be held Saturday, February 24 from 10:00am-12:00pm in the school lobby. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Kim Abbate at Kim.Abbate@outlook.com.
We Want Your Uniforms!
How does the Used Uniform Sale work? Parents can either donate or sell SVdP uniforms two times each year at our fall and spring uniform sale
To Donate: Drop off any clean uniforms in good condition at SVdP’s Front Desk marked “Donation” and you’re done!
To Sell: Please pin a sheet with:
- your last name
- item type
- All shirts & shorts are sold for $5; all pants, plaids and sweatshirts sell for $10.
- The items can be dropped off at the front desk during normal business hours.
- If your items are sold during a sale, you will receive your proceeds. If items don’t sell, SVdP stores the uniforms in bins and you’ve got another chance at the next sale. However, once your children are no longer attending the school, the clothing is considered a donation to SVdP.
If you have questions or want to get involved with the sales? We always need volunteers. Please contact Kim Abbate at Kim.Abbate@outlook.com or Lauren Josephson at lologott@gmail.com. Note: Items with the SVdP logo cannot be donated to Goodwill, ARC or other type organizations.

Gala News – 2024 Gala – Mission Brief
Mission Sponsorship
Are you interested in sponsoring this year’s Mission Possible Gala? This year’s sponsorship materials are out and we are excited to offer a wide range of sponsorship levels and opportunities to be involved. Sponsors are critical to the gala’s success, and we are so grateful for our community’s generosity and involvement.
For more information on our Sponsorship Levels and to accept the mission, click here.
Auction Asks
Does your family have access to anything special – even if you don’t think it’s that special? This could be a family vacation home, sporting event tickets, connections to concert venues, singers, athletes, etc. We are always looking for additional auction items that can be packaged with the current packages building within our classes, or that can stand alone as live or silent auction items.
Please feel free to email those ideas or items to svdpgala2024@gmail.com – no item or idea is too big, too small or too out there!
It’s Party Time – Due date February 16th for submission!
Gala parties are a wonderful tradition at St. Vincent de Paul that help build the bonds of our community and are an excellent source of fundraising. Hosted “Parties” are social fundraising events hosted by an SVdP family or group of families who share in the cost of putting together their event. Paid admission is open to the school community and all proceeds go to SVdP. Our goal is to have 2-4 parties, per grade available for purchase at the Gala silent auction.
Have a great idea for a kid or adult party? Submit your intent to host a party here!
SVdP Beanies
We have a limited quantity of the SVDP Mission Possible Beanies left. If you are interested in purchasing one for $25, do so here.

Gala Committee Meeting Schedule: February 9th 8-9am, March 15th 8-9am, April 19th 8-9am

Let’s bring back SVdP Supper Club!
Supper clubs can be a great way to bring people together over good food and conversation. Whether it’s a casual gathering or a more formal affair, the key is creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Building a community through supper club is a fantastic way to foster friendships and create a sense of connection. The idea is for this to be an adult only evening. Please sign up below if you would like to host OR attend a SVdP supper club this spring! The date is set for March 15th. The volunteer host parent(s) will ultimately decide on a supper theme adding a personal touch and variety to the supper. The host may also decide to have each attendee contribute to the meal by bringing a side, dessert, appetizer, etc…
For a more casual and spontaneous approach, attendees will be randomly assigned to host houses. This can lead to unexpected connections and adds an element of surprise to each supper club! We hope you can attend SVdP supper club in March but also hope to continue supper club into each season. Any questions can be directed to Chrissy Musgrove. chrissylmusgrove@gmail.com Sign up here.
