Count down to the 2024 GALA AND FUNDRAISER – May 4, 2023
- Wondering how our Gala proceeds have been used in the past? See HERE for a summary of the most recent ones.
- Funds raised in 2023 for school windows and teacher lounge have been earmarked for the Summer 2025 Renovations
- Tuition alone does not cover our expenses each year. We rely on the Gala to cover the gap and fund special projects over and above our regular expenses like the Front Office Renovation and the Teacher Endowment.

Dennis Uniform Scrip
Dennis Uniform has given the school office some $25 scrip cards that may be used by families who would benefit from them for the purchase of new uniforms. Normally, a $25 certificate is available per student for students in need. If you are interested, please stop by the school office before the final day of the school year to pick up your scrip card(s). The store is located at 8600 Park Meadows Dr., Ste 700, Lone Tree, CO. 303-738-2255. Dennis advises that they are receiving stock at this time and should have the uniforms to meet students’ needs. They advise families to come into the store in late June or early July, and to make a call ahead to confirm the store’s open hours and to make sure they have stock on hand for your order.
Used Uniform Sales
St. Vincent’s Home and School Association also holds a used uniform sale in August. Normally, they have a good supply of merchandise in good condition at very good prices. Watch for information in August about the sale date.
Scholarship/Tuition Assistance Awards
Families who applied for ACE/Schmitz and/or Seeds of Hope scholarships should receive award letters from them in May or early June. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you receive an ACE award letter, you need to respond to ACE to accept the scholarship.
Marie Dimelow has faithfully led the Junior Great Books Program here at St. Vincent de Paul for many years and is ready to pass it on to another dedicated volunteer.
